Shadow work is not about fixing anything, but finding your hidden self. It's not about repairing something that's broken, but relating to an inner-someone who requires your attention. Shadow work is a process of uncovering, befriending, and integrating the parts of yourself you've perhaps held back or exiled for a long time. Our shadow (or personal unconscious) can be initially terrifying, but it holds the keys to growth and vitality.
