My Coaching Agreements are designed to honor this process by combining 1:1 Shadow Work sessions and remote support, with community-centered offerings like Integration Circles and Office Hours. Each agreement provides a structured yet flexible container to explore shadow work, track dreams, and integrate spiritual insights into everyday life. These agreements emphasize consistent progress, with a minimum commitment of three months, reflecting the time needed for meaningful growth. Whether you’re taking your first steps into shadow work or seeking deep, transformative healing, my Coaching Agreements offer a path tailored to your needs, grounded in both individual exploration and community connection.

🌱 Exploration/Support Agreement ($120/month)

One 1:1 Session (60 minutes) per month focused on shadow work and dream work.

🪴 Foundational Agreement ($200/month)

One 1:1 Session (60 minutes) per month focused on foundational shadow work and dream work.
Weekly Office Hours (Drop-In) Access: Join a live, virtual open forum where members can ask questions, get real-time advice, and connect with others.

🌲 Growth Agreement ($350/month)

Two 1:1 Sessions (60 minutes each) per month for deeper exploration and consistent progress in shadow integration and dream work.
In-Between Session Check-Ins: One email, texts, or voice memo exchange between sessions for questions, quick guidance or clarification. Michael will respond via voice memo or video.
Weekly Office Hours Access: Join a live, virtual open forum where members can ask questions, get real-time advice, and connect with others.

🔥 Transformation Agreement ($600/month)

Four 1:1 Sessions (60 minutes each) per month for intensive shadow work/integration, dream tracking, spiritual healing, and action-based approach to transformation.
In-Between Session Check-Ins: One email, texts, or voice memo exchange between sessions for questions, quick guidance or clarification. Michael will respond via voice memo or video.
Weekly Office Hours Access: Join a live, virtual open forum where members can ask questions, get real-time advice, and connect with others.
Monthly Integration Circle Access: A small group gathering to share insights, integrate learnings, and explore how shadow work applies in everyday life.
